or other treatment issues generally addressed when hypnosis is used. However, at your request, we will complete insurance
forms and submit them so that your insurance carrier can reimburse you directly for the fees you have paid.

a private and personal payment plan can be arranged for those who do not
have insurance coverage.
Your confidentiality is truly assured when insurance is not used, because private records
are not shared with third parties, and you and your therapist decide the course and duration of treatment.

while maintaining beneficial and ethical services, which are delivered discreetly in a comfortable professional office.
A missed appointment fee can be avoided by providing 24 hour notice for non-emergency cancellations. Please
